1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SoftLimes Solutions and using any utility on the SoftLimes Free Tools Platform (including /tools/pdf-to-word), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. Prohibited & Malicious Files Policy
You may upload only lawful documents that you own or are authorized to process. You must never upload or submit:
- No Malicious Files: Files containing malware, viruses, trojans, exploit payloads, embedded shellcode, resource-exhaustion bombs (zip/PDF bombs), or scripts intended to probe, disrupt, or compromise server infrastructure.
- No Unauthorized or Illegal Material: Files that infringe third-party copyrights, trade secrets, or privacy rights, or any unlawful content.
- No Automated Abuse: Automated scraping, bypassing Cloudflare Turnstile or rate limits, or flooding conversion queues is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Limits & Availability
The PDF to Word tool enforces a maximum file size of 30 MB, a configurable page limit, and per-IP rate limits. We reserve the right to reject damaged, password-protected, or over-limit files and to throttle requests when conversion workers are busy.
